Randy Payne is the sole owner of Adena Corporation. Adena has been known as a trusted and elite construction management and general construction firm for 40 years.  Since his start in 1988, Randy has expanded the company by adding self-performance divisions in concrete, masonry and steel – setting the company apart in the construction industry.  His leadership continues to drive Adena’s growth and evolution.  While headquartered in Mansfield, Ohio, Adena also has offices in Columbus, Ohio and Lakeland, Florida.  The company has grown to more than 500 employees helping build projects touching lives and changing communities.  Randy’s core business values are based on relationships/partnerships, quality craftsmanship, individualized service, and delivering a project beyond expectation.  The company’s incredible journey has led to the Adena Themed Portfolio Division.
